CHAPTER I
THE RISE OF MEN
After humanity—through much hardship and toil, great struggle, strife and many, many setbacks—finally achieved interplanetary travel within and eventual mastery of their solar system it became immensely rich and powerful. In time all things that heavily took their toll on human existence were to be conquered, war and internal conflict, famine, decease and all things detrimental to its existence were conquered. When eventually even totally abolished, mankind flourished unlike any time before and soared to even greater heights.

Hobbyist since I can remember doodling/pen art, pencil and paper, sometimes digital (free-hand and 3D-design), pixel-art (late 80’s early 90’s), short sci-fi/fantasy stories and other. Lots of unfinished projects as inspiration and time comes and goes. Don’t use or have any particular techniques or training. I usually just start somewhere and see what comes out, especially with doodling which helps me concentrate and “meditate”. I like to think that the drawing is already on the paper and I just trace/highlight what was hidden from view… One of my most recognizable “flaws” is half-drawings which is a drawback of my random/unplanned technique (or lack thereof) and a leftover habit from drawing pixel-art in the late 80’s/early 90’s (draw one half and then mirror to save time). Also my lack of patience always gets me into trouble by adding too much detail from the get-go.
